Is Delta Law Group created like a large law firm?
We are not a traditional medium or large law firm with a large staff of secretaries and assistants. We do not have large files filled with paper documents. All of our files are electronic and we run a paperless firm. We do not maintain large buildings nor do we require you to travel a long distance. We have a number of small conveniently located offices. We have no inexperienced associates that need training. We only use experienced attorneys who in most cases have at least five years of experience.
Is Delta Law Group created like a smaller law firm?
We are not like a typical smaller law office with one or two lawyers handling many areas of law. We partner with experienced attorneys in each area of the law and they focus only on one or two areas of law. Our attorneys do not divide their time between handling cases and managing the business, but focus only on law.
Is Delta Law Group an insurance product like a Prepaid Legal service?
This is not an “insurance product” which seeks to lower the cost of legal representation by minimizing the amount of work done on behalf of the client and keeping as much of the prepaid monthly premium away from the lawyers. Our prepayment model focuses on the likely cost of the legal project which fairly compensates an attorney to handle the matter effectively without minimizing the amount of work done to a few letters and phone calls.
Does Delta Law Group work with inexperienced and underemployed lawyers just out of law school?
This is not a collection of junior lawyers without experience who will answer your phone calls and refer you to a lawyer when you need better representation. We only use experienced attorneys who in most cases have at least five years of experience.
Can I work with Delta Law Group if I don’t have Internet access?
While our systems make working with us more efficient than a typical law firm when you have Internet access, it is not necessary for you to have Internet access to work with us. Delta Law Group is just like a typical law firm with a live lawyer who represents you. We can work with you even if you don’t have ready access to the Internet.
