How much time it will take to complete a divorce?
The divorce process in Pennsylvania can take anywhere from 100 days (if both the parties agree to the divorce) to two (2) years (if one party does not want a divorce) to complete. However, like a lot of the aspects of divorce, the length of time to complete a divorce depends on the parties’ willingness to come to an amicable agreement and fights between the parties can extend this time.
